Dos Pebrots is the second restaurant of Chef Albert Raurich. Although he was the head chef at Ferran and Albert Adria’s mythical and experimental El Bulli for 10 years, the inspiration for this restaurant’s menu couldn’t be farther opposite as it is inspired by historic Mediterranean dishes.
