Carrer del Torrent de les Flors, 158, 08024 Barcelona, Spain
Panxa de Bisbe, from chef/owner Xavi Codina, is a short walk from Parc Güell and a true neighborhood, locals spot. It’s perfect for a post-park dinner when you’ve had enough of tourists. The menu is packed with traditional Catalan cuisine and the stars of the menu are the deeply flavorful rices; a version that showcases duck, foie gras, and mushrooms, and black rice with squid ink and mussels. Another must is their Canneloni –pictured here with Rabo de Buey (oxtail) and a velvety béchamel.
