Possibly the least known, and most unassuming restaurant on this list, Taktika Berri is a Basque tapas bar and restaurant that is entirely a family affair. The kitchen is helmed by Maria while her husband and daughter run the dining room. The signature dish is her tortilla de patatas, with a barely cooked outer shell and runny eggs inside. Unique. Once again, the bar is the place to be.
