Event Cancelation Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2018

For contracted events:

Cancellation or rescheduling of an event by the client for any reason, including, but not limited to weather conditions, shall constitute a material breach of this contract:

– In the event of such a breach occurring from the date of this contract to more than four weeks before the event, the Client agrees to pay Boqueria 50% of the total amount of this contract.

– If the event is canceled less than 4 weeks, but more than 2 weeks before the event, the Client agrees to pay Boqueria 75% of the total amount of this contract.

– If the Client cancels less than 14 days prior to the event, the Client agrees to pay Boqueria 90% of the total amount of this contract.
