A lively Spanish tapas bar and restaurant, Boqueria brings the flavors of Barcelona to Boston. A spinoff of the flagship location in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood, Boqueria opened its 5,300-square-foot Boston location in Fort Point on the cusp of the Seaport in September.
The menu features Spanish specialties like classic tapas, cheese and charcuterie (including prized jamón ibérico), paella and larger plates like Catalan-style roasted chicken, hanger steak a la parrilla and ibérico salbitxada (a Catalan sauce with Marcona almonds.)
Boqueria’s intimate ambiance, simple yet delicious Spanish dishes, and craft cocktails aim to create a transporting experience for the guest.
A Spanish restaurant with locations in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Chicago is opening a location in West Hartford’s Blue Back Square., for tasty tapas galore.
The Connecticut restaurateur, who owns both, said the new restaurant and lounge is a reinvention by experienced restauranteurs, himself and his wife.
