A Taste of Barcelona in Chicago’s West Loop

Opening Winter 2019!

Hello, Chicago! Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Boqueria – a lively Barcelona-style tapas bar where friends and neighbors gather around tables to share stories and create connections over classic tapas, decadent churros, and pitchers of ice cold Sangría. We can’t wait to call you home.

Let's Connect

Let’s swap stories on IG! We’ll show you what we have cooking and you can tell us a little about yourself.

We’d love to share some exciting updates and treat you to a pitcher of Sangría when we open; use the link below to sign up for our email newsletter.

Our restaurants are as much fun to work in as they are to dine in – and we’re looking for amazing Chicago talent to help us launch our first Chi-town neighborhood Boqueria!

He brought over Barcelona native Marc Vidal as Boqueria’s executive chef.” ~ Eater Chicago

“Boqueria will open its first Chicago location later this year, making it the restaurant’s seventh nationally. The Barcelona-inspired tapas bar will have Spanish classics like pan con tomate, a Catalan dish of grilled stirato bread rubbed with tomato, garlic and olive oil, and pulpo a la plancha, grilled octopus with fennel, smoked pimenton and Picual olive oil mashed potatoes, and paella de mariscos, with bomba rice, monkfish, sepia, squid, shrimp, clams, mussels, saffron and salsa verde. Don’t miss out on sangria de naranja sanguina with blood oranges, tequila, cava and lime cordial, or the Basque mule, with vodka, patxaran (a Basque liqueur), ginger beer and lime. 807 W.
