“The lively Spanish tapas bar and restaurant with several locations around the city will ring in 2023 with a flight of tapas favorites and unlimited drinks including cava, sangria, beer and wine. The menu will offer pan con tomate y jamón (toasted bread rubbed with tomato, garlic, olive oil), dátiles con beicon (bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with almonds and Valdeón blue cheese)+ patatas bravas (crispy potatoes, salsa brava, pimentón, garlic aioli), calabaza con sobrasada (roasted Delicata squash, Mallorcan pork sausage, hazelnuts, Mahón cheese, honey), remolachas con pomelo (roasted baby beets, candied pistachios, sheep’s milk cheese, dill, gambas al ajillo (shrimp, garlic, brandy, lobster reduction, Guindilla pepper in olive oil), pintxos morunos (seared lamb skewers, pickled shallots, salsa verde), and churros with three dipping sauces Two seatings: 6:30 p.m. ($95 per person), 9:30 p.m. ($135 per person), including a Cava toast at midnight.”
