A Better NA Negroni builds on Ritual Gin, Ritual Aperitif, Roots Divino, and Pathfinder, with expressed lemon and orange peel and a large cube. It earns the name. SPF Zero runs Ritual Tequila Alt with watermelon, verjus, lime, and guindilla pepper, finished with a bushy basil sprig. Bright, cold, just spicy enough. Drinking zero proof at Boqueria feels like a choice worth making.

Spring sangria runs alongside all of it, arriving cold and floral at whatever hour the afternoon demands. The season just started. The bar is ready.
